Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience helping people with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, self-harm, disordered eating, OCD, grief, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and challenging life transitions. Some of my experience has been focused on helping people who have an unhealthy relationship with food overcome unhealthy eating behaviors and feel at home in their bodies.
My counseling style is non-judgmental, compassionate, and based on my belief that each person is unique and served best by an individualized approach in helping them to achieve their goals. My integrative approach combines elements of several therapy modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution focused therapy. I like to get feedback from the individuals with whom I work in order to better tailor the therapy experience to their specific needs and to ensure that they are benefiting from our interactions.
If you are feeling stuck and overwhelmed, I can help you find tools that will enable you to live a more meaningful and fulfilling life. It is one of my highest priorities that you feel empowered and supported on your journey from surviving to thriving. Change is possible and you don’t have to do it alone. I look forward to working with you!
