Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida with 4 years of professional work experience. I am also certified as a School Social Worker (PK-12) in the state of Florida with experience supporting children, adults and their families. I have experience helping clients on their therapeutic journey, focusing on topics such as stress, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, codependence, & confidence. I also have experience helping others cope with life changes, specifically military family life challenges.
My therapy style is warm, empathetic, person-centered, non-judgmental and collaborative. My approach to therapy combines elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, somatic elements and solution focused brief therapy. I also have a background as a Registered Yoga Teacher and believe in the importance and value in incorporating a connection with the intuitive self, the body and the mind.
