I have experience in diverse settings including inpatient and outpatient programs for adults and children experiencing mild to severe mental health and substance use disorders.
I graduated in 2017 with my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado and Missouri as well as a Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC) in Colorado. I specialize in helping individuals cope with anxiety, depression, substance use, and various life stressors. My therapeutic approach comes from an understanding that we are shaped by life experiences, relationships, and culture. I integrate each individual’s uniqueness into therapy from a person-centered and solution-focused approach. I utilize different modalities to fit your specific needs including cognitive behavioral, existential, and motivational interviewing techniques.
