Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, I’m Jessica. I’m a licensed therapist in Washington with 19 years of experience in mental health, most of that working with individuals experiencing crisis. I have experience helping clients process trauma and abuse, manage anxiety and depression, cope with grief and loss, and navigate relationships with others.
In my work with individuals and couples I’ve found that current difficulties and stress usually have roots in past situations that you’ve survived but not fully worked through. I am here to provide perspective and support and assist you to find the patterns in your life and name them.
I am available to meet with clients on Mondays (all day) and most Sundays (in the afternoon/evening). If those times and days work with your schedule, I would be happy to meet with you.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
Flexibility is one of the key advantages – clients can connect in the way that fits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That range of options makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy routine.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and if a different therapeutic fit is needed, it is possible to switch to another therapist. For many people, these practical benefits make online therapy a helpful and accessible choice for getting support.
