Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
At one point in our lives, each of us will need someone who is willing to hear and hold our pain. I count it as a privilege when I am invited in to another’s life at a time of hurt, crisis, or crossroads. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience. I know that every person I meet has a story to be told, and not one story is the same. As a result, I know that there is not one single counseling approach that is the right fit for all. Through the use of a client and strengths based approach, as well as motivational interviewing, I will work to create an environment that is customized for your healing. Together we will travel this journey to a more peaceful, healthier, and safer way of life.
My educational background includes a Bachelor of Social Work from Western Illinois University and a Master of Social Work from Michigan State University. Social work has afforded me the opportunity to work with several populations in a variety of settings. I have held the titles of Outpatient therapist, Counselor, Hospice Social Worker, and School Social Worker. Regardless of the setting, it is always an honor to witness healing and transformation in another’s life.

Her background includes a Bachelor of Social Work from Western Illinois University and a Master of Social Work from Michigan State University. Over the course of her career she has worked in multiple roles and settings, including outpatient therapy, counseling, hospice social work, and school social work, and has experience addressing concerns such as stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, grief, depression, family conflicts, parenting challenges, self-esteem, career difficulties, bipolar disorder, coping with life changes, and compassion fatigue.
Many people wonder whether remote therapy can be meaningful. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions for most people.
A major benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options can make it simpler to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to choose the format that feels most comfortable.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and if you ever feel you need a different fit you can choose to switch to another therapist. For many individuals, virtual therapy offers an accessible path to support while addressing everyday mental health and life concerns.
