Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m passionate about creating space where you can feel truly heard, safe and supported. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I aim to walk alongside you as you explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace.
While person-centered therapy is at the core of my work, i also draw from other approaches to support meaningful, personalized progress. My experience includes helping clients work through anxiety symptoms, relationship difficulties, low self esteem, stress (including workplace stress), attachment issues, grief and inner child work.
I offer a calm, compassionate and grounded presence and will always meet you with empathy and respect. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just in need of a space to reflect and reconnect with yourself, i am here to support you.
Taking the first step can feel daunting – but reaching out is a powerful act of self care. If you choose to work with me, we’ll move at your pace, and focus on what matters most to you.
