Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina with a strong passion and deep desire to inspire and heal others through the gift of unconditional presence, warmth, and acceptance. Over the past 13 years, I’ve worked with clients on a wide range of issues to include: anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, difficulty setting boundaries, codependency, nightmares, low self-esteem and more! Our treatment goals are developed collaboratively. In session, we will explore and process your choices, desires, obstacles, patterns and limiting beliefs.
I consider myself an Integrative therapist , combining different therapeutic modalities and tools to fit the needs of the individual client. I believe psychotherapy is an opportunity for you to gain insight into why you act the way you do, explore who you want to be in the world, and better understand what you need in order to thrive. I truly enjoy helping my clients learn to be curious about themselves so that we can examine issues with less judgment and more self-compassion and creativity!
I look forward to working with you!

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or managing life transitions – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care. Research and clinical experience indicate that remote sessions often provide comparable benefits for these issues.
A major benefit of online therapy is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that works best for them – whether by video, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and daily life.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be better. For many people, remote therapy provides a practical, accessible option to begin or continue mental health care.
