Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi! My name is Jessica Busekist and I am a Mental Health Counselor in NY state. I have been providing therapy and support for over eight years in a variety of settings and with people of all ages and backgrounds.
I believe that it is important to meet people where they are at and allow you as the client to be in charge of your treatment. My goal is to help you determine what your needs are and what the best path is to achieving your goals and improving your life.
Whether you know exactly what you need (which don’t worry, most people don’t) and just need some help along the way; you are looking for skills to give your strength and courage; have deep hurts or traumas that you want to address; or you are just looking for support to talk about ongoing concerns and stressors, I’m here to help.
I know that finding a good therapist that is the right fit for you is important, just like finding the right doctor. It’s important that you take the time and feel that our counseling relationship is right for you. After all, your time is valuable and your mental health is important; and as a good provider I believe that you deserve the best treatment and I will do my best to provide that.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the clearest advantages is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That adaptability often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch to a different therapist at any time if they would prefer a different fit. This flexibility and access can help people get the support they need in a way that works for them.
