Jennifer works with a wide spectrum of mental health and substance abuse concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, OCD, relationship issues, addiction, anger management, social anxiety, life transitions, family conflict, ADHD, and more. Her clinical background includes care for people coping with everyday stress as well as those with more complex mental health needs across multiple settings.
Her experience spans behavioral health hospitals, emergency rooms, hospital medical floors, and outpatient programs. She served as the lead counselor for over 10 years at one of Georgia’s largest behavioral health hospitals, providing direct services and supervising other counselors. Jennifer earned two degrees from the University of Georgia and gained research experience in the psychopharmacology laboratory at UGA.
Life does not come with a GPS. Whether someone is managing the weight of depression, the constant buzz of anxiety, everyday stress, major life changes, or the loss of a loved one, Jennifer offers therapeutic support to help find clarity, healing, and forward movement. For those struggling in relationships, feeling overwhelmed, or simply wanting greater self-understanding, therapy with her offers a path toward meaningful and lasting change.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit of remote care is flexibility - clients can connect in the format that feels most comfortable, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and maintain continuity of care.
Every therapist involved is a licensed professional, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they want a different fit. Online therapy can provide accessible support for many people seeking change, growth, and relief from everyday and persistent concerns.
