Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, in the state of Tennessee with over 10 years of experience working as a mental health therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns and mental health diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, motivational issues, trauma, childhood trauma, codependency, ADHD, somatic symptoms, and much more. I have received specialized training in the treatment of PTSD utilizing Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have provided counseling services in both individual and group therapy context.
My counseling style is warm, conversational, and interactive. I utilize both my clinical listening skills and my intuitive nature to listen deeply enough to hear the “why” and deeper feelings that lay hidden behind the symptoms or concerns you present. I believe in treating my clients with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Although I do believe that mental health diagnosis is helpful and meaningful, I also seek to help my clients understand and celebrate their own unique strengths and weaknesses, personality traits, and preferences. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, rational-emotive counseling, and experiential therapy techniques. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage and strength to seek support in the midst of life’s challenges and valleys. I feel honored to support you as you search for a more fulfilling and happier life. I hope you will find a safe place to process and explore your inner world, and support as you take steps towards the solutions that will bring you greater peace and joy.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person treatment.
One major benefit is convenience and flexibility. Clients can connect in the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and if someone decides a different fit would be better, it is typically possible to switch therapists. Online therapy can be a practical, effective option for many people seeking support for everyday mental health concerns.
