Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! I am so glad you have found your way to Better Help today. My name is Jennifer Fischer-Sandoval, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I have been practicing since 2009 and I have worked with a variety of populations throughout the years. I have spent time working with individuals, couples, and families on issues such as financial struggles, parent/child relationships, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and communication.
My therapeutic approaches are Solution Focused and Client Centered. This involves uncovering past experiences and decisions and discovering how that has shaped where we are today. Taking this knowledge and then applying it to the goals and solutions to aid you in thriving. Each individual is different and uniquely equipped to understand themselves and how to face their struggles. Together we will walk side by side to map out your personal strengths and tools that you posses to tackle hurdles and challenges.
All of us suffer, struggle, and have challenges at some time in our life. I applaud you on taking these challenging first steps to achieve a better you and more enriched life. Let me assure you this is a safe space to explore, stretch, and grow. I look forward to helping you walk through this journey to a healthier you.

For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy can offer outcomes comparable to traditional in-person sessions. Research and clinical practice indicate that remote counseling is an effective option for a wide range of everyday mental health needs.
One major benefit is flexibility – people can choose the format that best fits their life and comfort level, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to keep appointments and integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapy delivered remotely is provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and if someone decides a different clinician would be a better match, they typically have the option to switch. For many people, online therapy provides a practical, effective path to support and progress when addressing common emotional and relational challenges.
