I have over 14 years of experience working with a wide variety of issues, the usual, like anxiety and depression, as well as a few areas of specialization, including Gottman Method Couples Therapy and ART (accelerated resolution therapy). I find getting my clients up and running in their lives on their own two feet to be extremely rewarding. I believe in the capacity of all people to find ways to love and support themselves to better health and find great joy assisting in that process. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Mental Health Counselor with a Masters and Specialist Degree from the University of Florida.

Jemma is licensed in Florida as both a mental health counselor and a marriage and family therapist, and she earned a master’s degree and a specialist degree from the University of Florida. Her style is professional yet approachable, focused on helping clients make practical, lasting changes.
