Welcome!
My name is Jayne’ and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Anger Management Specialist and Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator. I have been in the mental health field for 7 years and have worked with a wide range of clients to include children, teens, adults, couples and families. Some of the most common issues I have worked with include anxiety, depression, anger, suicidal thoughts, relationship issues, and family conflict to name a few. My approach is holistic, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Reality Therapy, Eco Systemic Structural Family Therapy with a strengths-based focus. It is important to build a healthy therapeutic relationship first that will aid the client through their transformative journey to peace and wholeness. For some, it is also necessary to explore childhood experiences that continue to impact current functioning. I will support you throughout your journey, through the struggles and successes, encouraging you to continue to put in the work to accomplish your mental health goals.

Many people wonder whether remote counseling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
One of the main benefits is convenience – clients can connect in the format that suits them best, whether through video sessions, telephone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and to maintain continuity of care.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and if a different therapeutic match is desired, it is possible to switch providers. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible and practical way to pursue mental health goals while accommodating everyday life.
