Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have been providing individual and family therapy to adults and adolescents since 2015, and I have been leading group sessions one day a week for an intensive outpatient program (IOP) since 2022.
I desire to help people become who God has created them to be by meeting them where they are, understanding their values and strengths, and helping them reach their goals.
I use cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused approaches in therapy, and I teach dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) skills. I also incorporate family systems, attachment, and Christian faith perspectives (when desired).
I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, anger management, depression, & coping with life changes.
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
Personally, I know what it’s like to live with depression and anxiety, having addressed these issues in my own life. I believe taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage and I am here to support you in that process.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the modality that fits their life, whether that is video sessions, phone conversations, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to attend sessions around work, family, and other commitments.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals, and if a different therapeutic fit is desired, clients have the option to switch therapists. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible, practical way to pursue mental health support without changing the core value and quality of treatment.
