My approach to therapy is client centered: I provided support and guidance to the client so that they can make the the best decisions possible. I believe that all clients/couples are most productive in therapy when they are afforded with dignity, compassion and respect. I firmly believe that clients have the capacity to grow and become better versions of themselves through processing their life experiences and working through life challenges. My approach to therapy also includes assisting clients with identifying that they have the ability to control how they think and behave and that by learning how to make better choices, they can improve their lives.

For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy can be an effective option and has been shown to be comparable to traditional in-person sessions for these issues. It offers a practical alternative for people seeking support without changing the nature of the therapeutic work.
One of the primary benefits is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that best suits their schedule and comfort level, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy life.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to switch therapists at any time if they feel a different fit would be better. For many, online therapy provides a workable, accessible way to address everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
