Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, my name is Jason, I am a licensed therapist in the UK with 4 years of professional work experience.
A little bit about me.
So, why did i become a counsellor? Well, It was my own lived experience of struggling with my own mental health issues that propelled me to want to become a counsellor myself.
After some years of ‘stalling’ and feeling ‘lost’ I found myself at a crossroads in my life, I had two choices, I could ‘cave in’ under the weight of that feeling that was crushing me, bemoaning the hand that had been dealt to me OR i could harness my pain and those experiences and use them as a fuel to motivate me to help others who are also suffering right now.
What you can expect from me? My goal is to help you to realize your true potential, help you suffer less and live more fully! The approach I gravitate towards is of a person centred nature, this means you are placed at the centre, you actively take the reigns during each session, you steer wherever we go with me supporting you every step of the way.
My work is not limited to this approach and if necessary i will borrow from other modalities if needed. This is a collaborative journey we embark on together but i want to emphasise that it is you that stands at the helm and steers where we go on this journey.
My job as your therapist on this journey will be to provide you with a safe space, ‘a place for feelings’ as i call it, somewhere you can be you, i mean the real you, somewhere that you can be heard. It is my Job to provide a space that is non judgemental, empathic and somewhere you will be listened to with warmth and unconditional positive regard.
Experience and Interests.
I have experience in helping clients from all backgrounds with stress & anxiety, coping with addictions, trauma, depression, & coping with life changes or life purpose even. I also have a particular interest in existentialism and Spirituality too.
I can appreciate taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
If any of the above has resonated with you and you feel we could be a good match then get in touch, i look forward to meeting you!

Jason Evans is a licensed therapist in the United Kingdom with five years of professional experience.
He chose counselling after his own struggles with mental health, using those lived experiences as motivation to support others who are facing similar challenges.
After a period of feeling stalled and lost, he decided not to give in to the weight of that experience and instead channelled it into helping people who are suffering now.
He gravitates towards a person-centred approach, placing the client at the centre and supporting them as they steer each session. He also draws on other therapeutic modalities when needed, making the work collaborative while emphasising that the client leads the process.
His role is to offer what he calls a “place for feelings” – a non-judgemental, empathic space where people can be their true selves and be listened to with warmth and unconditional positive regard.
Jason has experience supporting people with stress and anxiety, addictions, trauma and abuse, depression, coping with life changes or questions of life purpose, ADHD, relationship and family concerns, grief, intimacy-related issues, sleep difficulties, parenting, anger, self-esteem, career matters, bipolar disorder and compassion fatigue. He also has a particular interest in existentialism and spirituality.
He recognises that beginning therapy takes courage and is proud of anyone who takes that first step. If his approach resonates, he welcomes contact and looks forward to meeting new clients.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into everyday life.
Therapists who provide online care are licensed professionals, and clients are free to switch to a different therapist at any time if they would prefer a different fit.
