Jasmine Foster welcomes individuals who are ready to begin a process of self-exploration, healing, and recovery aimed at creating a more fulfilling life. Her practice is grounded in core therapeutic tenets - safety, collaboration, authenticity, vulnerability, and willingness - which guide the work she does with each person.
As a licensed clinical social worker in Florida, Jasmine brings five years of clinical experience to her sessions. She is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and focuses on helping people reprocess traumatic or distressing memories so they can regain a sense of control and move forward.
Jasmine supports clients coping with depression, stress, anxiety, phobias, and post-traumatic stress, and she works to identify healthier ways of managing these challenges. Her approach is warm, genuine, and tailored to each individual, drawing from a range of evidence-informed methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, somatic techniques, psychodynamic theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness practices.
She believes that many unhelpful or harmful coping patterns stem from unresolved wounds and early experiences, and she values exploring a person’s story to understand the underlying reasons for current patterns. That insight helps guide healing and supports people in living in alignment with their values.
If someone is ready to pursue a more authentic life, Jasmine considers it an honor to be part of that recovery journey and looks forward to collaborating toward meaningful, value-driven change.
For many common concerns - including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions - online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person care. Research and clinical experience show that these kinds of issues often respond well to virtual treatment.
One major benefit of online therapy is convenience. People can choose the format that fits their needs and comfort level - video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging - which makes it easier to keep therapy consistent alongside work, family, and other responsibilities.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists at any time if they need a different fit. This flexibility helps people find the therapeutic relationship and approach that best supports their goals.
