About

Hello My name is Janita Randolph. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I received my Bachelor’s degree from New Mexico State University in the field of Sociology. Having a true devotion to learning, I went on to obtain a Master’s Degree in the field of Education, in addition to a second Master’s degree in Family and Consumer Science with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Life can be very challenging for most individuals. As time goes on, it can become difficult to find meaning and purpose in your everyday life. It is my goal to aid you in your journey to better understanding where your true passions and ambitions lie. As a clinician, I offer a confidential, safe, judgment-free space where these goals can safely be explored. My experience working with diverse populations allows me to better understand a variety of different backgrounds. I embrace a person-centered approach to therapy, focusing in on narrative and culture-based elements to ensure your therapeutic experience is tailored to meet your specific needs. I also practice therapy with individuals, adolescents, couples and families. I believe that through self-compassion, self-love and persistence you will be able to learn the skills needed to live a happy and more productive life.

It takes true devotion to reach our goals and overcome our obstacles. It is through this devotion that we begin to really understand ourselves, reach our fullest potentials and live our best lives.

Is Online Therapy the Right Choice for Your Mental Health Journey?

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions for most cases.

One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect with a therapist in the format that fits their life best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to maintain consistency and fit therapy into a busy schedule.

These services are provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they want a different fit. Online therapy can be a practical, adaptable way to access therapeutic support for everyday mental health concerns and life transitions.
