Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi!
Thanks for checking out my profile.
With over 20 years of experience as a counselor, my goal is to help kids, tweens, teens, and adults overcome the many obstacles in life, including:
– Healing from abuse
– Relieving stress
– Relieving anxiety and depression
– Adapting to unplanned transitions, or gaining the courage to change one’s life
– Living a good life with chronic pain or illness
– Career and educational issues
– Parenting issues, including having children with special needs.
What happens in a counseling session with me? First, you will be given a chance to tell your story, both the good and bad, in a confidential, judgment-free setting. Then you will work together to build a better quality of life using a variety of holistic coping and healing exercises, stress management tools, and therapeutic conversations.

Jane Klingberg is a licensed counselor based in Wisconsin with 27 years of clinical experience helping children, tweens, teens, and adults address a wide range of life challenges.
She works with individuals facing stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, low self-esteem, and depression. Jane also supports people coping with chronic pain or illness, adapting to unplanned transitions or making courageous life changes, and managing career or educational concerns. Parenting topics are part of her practice as well, including work with families who have children with special needs.
In sessions with Jane clients are given the opportunity to share their stories—the positive and the difficult—in a confidential, judgment-free setting. From that starting point she collaborates with each person to improve quality of life using holistic coping and healing exercises, practical stress-management tools, and focused therapeutic conversations. She is licensed to practice counseling in both Illinois and Wisconsin and brings nearly three decades of experience to her work in the region.
For many common concerns—such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or navigating life transitions—online therapy can be an effective option comparable to traditional in-person care. Research and clinical experience indicate that remote sessions often meet the needs of people seeking support for these issues.
A major benefit of online therapy is flexibility. Clients can choose the communication method that fits their routine and comfort level, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to maintain regular appointments and to integrate therapy into a busy life.
Online care is provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and clients may change providers if they decide a different fit is needed. For many people facing everyday emotional and relational challenges, remote counseling offers a practical and accessible way to pursue meaningful progress.
