Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello and welcome! My name is Jane, and I am a UK-registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have been fortunate to gain over ten years of professional experience in this field.
Throughout my career, I have support clients who are navigating a range of challenges, including stress and anxiety, relationship issues, low motivation, self-esteem, confidence, depression, anger, bereavement, and other related difficulties.
I am passionate about making a positive difference to people and their lives. I believe in valuing each person for their unique qualities and treating everyone with respect. My approach is centred around cultivating compassionate understanding.
I am interested in the idea of hiding our true selves behind masks in our everyday lives, and how this tendency can extend to our closest and most intimate relationships. I am here to help people in cultivating a deeper connection with their authentic selves, empowering them to trust and rely on their own inner guidance.
Gaining a deeper understanding of yourself can gently influence your perspective and cultivate a sense of freedom. It may help you feel more empowered, offering the motivation and confidence to pursue the positive changes you desire.
I am here to support you with a compassionate approach as you explore your feelings and any challenges you may be experiencing. Together, we can work toward understanding what might help you feel better and identify any changes that could be beneficial.
I recognise that asking for help takes enormous courage and inner strength at any stage of life. Starting therapy is a significant step, so I encourage you to take a moment to feel proud of yourself!
