Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
We all have unique needs and goals from treatment. As this is true, I do not offer a one size fits all approach. Various causes and conditions impact us each differently and it is in the partnership we form, the co-operation we engage in, and how progress towards goals are made. Motivation for change in any area also varies and this is what creates our unique experience together.
I offer a safe and non-judgemental space to express thoughts, feelings, and actions that may be impacting your life. I offer experience in several treatment approaches and personalities. I work to help bring awareness and self-exploration to the extent one would like to experience. I am presently a LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) and LCDC (Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor) in the State of Texas. I have supplemented these with a CTP (Clinical Trauma Professional) certification and a CEF (Certified Experiential Facilitator – Deep Waters Recovery Program).

For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care. This makes virtual counseling a viable option for people seeking help with these issues.
One key benefit of online therapy is flexibility. Clients can connect with therapists in the format that works best for them, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which helps make therapy easier to fit into busy schedules.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they want a different fit. Overall, online therapy offers an adaptable way to access professional support for common mental health and life concerns.
