Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a registered clinical counsellor and art therapist who has worked in the community for 13 years with a wide range of people. I have experience in the areas of women’s health, sexual assault and domestic violence, military service, disabilities, people living with chronic health conditions, carers, university and high school students.
My style is gentle and flexible, I take cues from you as to what you are ready to explore. Whether you are navigating complex relationship dynamics, wanting to change difficult patterns in yourself, needing support to take some practical steps, or simply want to be witnessed in what you are going through, I will meet you where you’re at.
While we connect, I listen deeply to hear the lived meaning that is unfolding for you in the circumstances of your life, tracking the undercurrent of your experience to help it evolve.
My therapeutic approach is largely informed by Existential Therapy (phenomenological approach) and IFS (Internal Family Systems). I am also trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. When people are seeking it, I am able to offer creative interventions also. We will only ever work in ways that you are comfortable with and I will always honour your preferences.
It takes bravery to reach out for support, I am cheering you on! The road will rise up to meet you if you take steps forward.
Please feel welcome you to make contact if you’d like to try working together.

For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can choose the mode of connection that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they seek a different fit. This approach can make engaging with therapy more accessible and convenient while preserving the core elements of therapeutic work.
