Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I enjoy working with families, couples, teens, and individuals. I pride myself on my work with clients of color, LBGTQ, women, and other marginalized groups. I also work well with adults and teens on the autism spectrum. I interweave systems models of therapy into my work with not only couples and families but also individuals as our family, our roots, go with us wherever we go. My philosophy is that every human being deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.
I take a systems approach to therapy drawing upon the psychodynamic model, looking at the whole person or family in their respective stages of psychosocial individual or relational development.
I am an advocate and ally to anyone who has experienced oppression. I have been active in the BLM movement since its inception and support the efforts of the LBGTQ community as they continue their struggle for equality and dignity. I believe that all people should have access to affordable mental health with a quality and qualified professional.
