Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist in Florida with over 6 years of experience working in the field. I have worked with clients who have had different concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. I have worked with different age groups ranging from young children to the elderly. I have worked with children and families that are involved with the department of children and families, adult males in an inpatient substance abuse facility, and youth who are at risk and adjudicated youth through residential treatment.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating people with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client centered, solution-focus and narrative.
I believe that in order to have healthy relationships with others we must first have a healthy relationship with ourself.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to produce outcomes comparable to traditional in-person care.
A key advantage of remote therapy is flexibility – clients can meet with their therapist in the way that feels most natural, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to keep regular appointments and integrate therapy into a busy routine.
Therapists who provide online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. For many people, online therapy offers an effective and adaptable way to address everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
