Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
We are living in challenging times, and often times, we don’t realize the stress that we are under. The first step is acknowledging that stress and the second step is seeking help. The courage to seek help and support is a sign of strength and this is a good place to start. When we are looking for help and support, it is important that you feel safe and heard and that is where I come in.
I am able to offer a safe and supportive space where we can work together towards identifying and achieving your goals. This will be a team effort where I can help guide you to those unknown answers that you may not realize are already there. We will move towards emotional and physical well-being, mindfulness and wholeness by co-creating a therapeutic process that enhances your self-esteem, potential and growth. Together, we will explore possibilities and new direction, thereby releasing stress, inner conflicts, self-defeating cognitions and dysfunctional relationships. For some, embracing change can sometimes feel hard and scary, however it can also lead to improvements in self-esteem, relationships, sense of self, and joy and contentment.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 20 years of experience in the areas of mental health, and substance use. I have worked with adults experiencing mental health crisis and substance used related issues.
In my free time and to release my own stress, I like to spend time with family and friends and I’m into sewing. When the weather is nice, you will find me outside – enjoying nature. Life’s simple pleasures brings us joy.
Whatever your concerns, you are not alone. Don’t wait for things to get better. Choose me today. I know how hard it can be to find a therapist with whom you feel a connection and I would be honored to work with you through this time in your life.

Many people ask whether remote therapy truly makes a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person care for most individuals.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that fits their life and comfort level, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to maintain consistent care amid busy schedules or other constraints.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to switch providers if they are seeking a different fit. For many people, virtual therapy delivers accessible, practical support that complements the goals of face-to-face treatment while offering conveniences that help therapy become a sustainable part of daily life.
