My name is Dr Ibrahim Ndabavunye and I am a Clinical Psychologist and a Senior Counsellor in the United Kingdom of England (UK) with over 15 years of experience in mental health services in both public and private practice.
My experience includes working with individuals and their families with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, grief and loss, anger management, coping with life changes, and others.
My integrative therapeutic technique allows me to help you from a range of approaches including behavioural therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psycho-dynamic Therapy, Family/Systemic Therapy and the third waves of CBT (Mindfulness, Breathing and Relaxation Techniques).
From the beginning of the first session, I will tailor our conversation and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. My goal is to offer you a safe space where you can open up without being criticised and judged. I will treat you with care, compassion and commitment.
