Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! Thank you for taking the time to read through my profile. I am a Licensed Social Worker in Michigan with over 10 years of experience. I graduated with my Masters of Social Work from Michigan State University in 2011. Throughout the last 10 years of my professional experience, I’ve been providing individual, family, and group therapy services to adults, families, and children from a variety of different backgrounds. Much of my experience has been working with clients who are seeking help with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, parenting struggles, and relationship problems.
I value treating every individual with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I believe that building a strong rapport and therapeutic alliance is an essential part of having successful outcomes in therapy. My approach to therapy is client-centered and strengths-based. When developing goals and interventions for counseling I may draw on a variety of clinical treatment modalities, however always guided by each person’s unique and specific needs.
I am currently offering video sessions, messaging, and phone sessions on a case-by-case basis. Please note that I may have some scheduling flexibility in addition to the availability reflected in my calendar. When scheduling appointments I prefer to communicate with you first and we find a time that works best for both of our schedules. You are welcome to reach out through messaging if you would like to explore additional options that may be more convenient for you.
I am committed to approaching our work together at a pace that is productive and comfortable for you. I would be honored to support you through whatever life challenges you are currently facing, and I look forward to hearing from you!

Many people ask whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the manner that fits their life best, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options can make it easier to keep therapy consistent despite a busy schedule.
Each therapist available is a licensed professional, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they want a different fit. Online therapy offers adaptable access to licensed care while preserving many of the core elements that support positive therapeutic outcomes.
