Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Board Certified Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) specializing in treating adults with depressive feelings, mood and anxiety concerns, anger issues (men/women), substance abuse, traumatic experiences, stress management, and relationship issues. Using respected theories including Cognitive-Behavioral, DBT, Humanistic, and Psychodynamic Theory, treatment is tailored to meet the specific needs and particular concerns of the client. My approach is to help you find practical, realistic, and sensible solutions to difficulties, taking into account your particular life circumstances. We will discuss in the first session whether your need is for brief counseling (5-10 sessions) or longer term psychotherapy.
The mental health treatment I provide is holistic which recognizes and addresses the interconnection of mind and body in healthy living -as one part in distress affects another. My goal is to provide you with compassionate care and an opportunity for growth and healing in a non-judgmental atmosphere.
Therapy is a process. I will offer skills to help you better understand how you think and cope with emotional difficulties. It is my belief that taking this first step toward gaining greater control over the way you experience your own life will provide emotional relief and improve overall wellness.

Many people wonder whether talking with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One of the primary benefits is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that works best for them, choosing from video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule or to keep continuity of care during life transitions.
All therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and individuals may change providers at any time if they feel a different match would be more helpful. For many people, remote therapy provides an accessible and practical option for addressing everyday mental health concerns without sacrificing professional expertise.
