Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a mental health and addictions counselor, licensed in Florida as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Addiction Professional (CAP) with over 12 years of experience working in clinical practice. I work with clients who experience a wide range of symptoms and concerns, including addictions, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, family conflicts, anger management, motivation, self-esteem, relationship issues, ADHD and more. My therapy style is warm, caring and interactive. My Christian worldview forms the lens through which I view clients. I believe that every person has dignity since they were made in the image of God. I also believe that everyone has depravity due to sin. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and will never shame you for anything you share with me. It takes a lot of courage to share the painful and shameful parts of yourself, and I will always hold your heart gently during those times of sharing. I want to know the whole you and will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and emotion focused therapy. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adapting to life changes, research and clinical experience indicate that online therapy can be as effective as in-person sessions.
One major benefit is convenience. Clients can connect with therapists in the format that fits their lives best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to begin and maintain regular care.
Licensed professionals deliver online therapy, and if a client ever wants a different therapeutic match they can switch to another therapist. For many people, online therapy is a practical and effective option for getting support and making progress toward their goals.
