I am a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker with a master’s degree in social work from Wichita State University, Wichita, Kansas. I have over 13 years of experience working with children, adults, and families. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-harm, career challenges, and SPMI’s.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, and rational-emotive therapy that best suits the individual to create a safe environment for each person to understand and manage their challenges. I feel that it is so important for one to feel empowered to define their own strengths, understand their challenges and build new healthy thinking patterns. The goal for each person I work with is to feel supported and discover new coping skills they need to achieve success, communicate their needs effectively, and thrive.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people question whether remote therapy can truly help, and for common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that works best for them, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it simpler to integrate therapy into a busy schedule and to maintain consistent support.
These services are delivered by licensed professionals and therapists, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. For many people facing everyday mental health challenges, online therapy offers an accessible, practical way to get professional support and make meaningful progress.
