Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi my name is Heather. I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor, hypnotherapist and Registered Nurse for Learning Disabled(RNLD). I have over 30 years experience caring for others with various mental health and behavioural challenges.
I became interested in counselling due to a difficult period in my own life and I wanted to understand my emotional reactions and responses. This gave me insight and understanding which allowed me to make positive changes in my life.
I am trained in an integrative style which allows me to utilise various approaches to assist your needs. I predominantly work in a client centre manner and may utilise behavioural approaches, solution focused and mindfulness. I can work with your past and your present, to help you understand your reactions to others and situations. My aim is to help you find the right path for you.
I look forward to being part of your journey.

For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – you can connect in the way that best suits you, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and you always have the option to change providers if you feel a different fit would work better.
