Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a systemically trained counsellor, Systemic therapy really means ‘relational’ as it emphasises the fact that people live in a world with others, not just inside their heads or bodies. I work with relationships, looking at patterns, communication, and desired changes.
My main approach is person-centred therapy, although I will often use other therapeutic approaches and techniques that I believe will work well with my client.
My professional training and first-hand experience allow me to offer a non-judgemental and safe environment, sensitive and intuitive insight, and the therapeutic skills that will help you move forward in your life. I understand that some of the issue’s clients bring to therapy may be deeply private, difficult to talk about, embarrassing, or painful. I have worked with people with many difficult issues and aim to provide a safe space for you to talk about your concerns.
I am passionate about mental health and the benefits of counselling. I believe everyone should be able to have access to one to one therapy .
I have worked with a range of clients who have experienced many difficulties including depression, anxiety, and bereavement. I am frequently undertaking additional training related to mental health and therapeutic approaches to continuously improve my work with clients.
I am a dedicated Counsellor who believes whole heartedly in the counselling process and that any person has the ability and resources within them to create the life they want. I chose to be a counsellor because I know what it is to need help beyond the resources of friends and family. I am here to help and support you. .

Many people ask whether counselling delivered online can really help. For a range of common difficulties – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles and coping with life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it much easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Each therapist is a licensed professional, and clients may switch to a different therapist at any time if they feel a different fit would work better. Online therapy offers comparable support to face-to-face work while giving options that suit different schedules and preferences.
