I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Military Family and Life Counselor, and Success Coach with over 30 years of experience helping people move from survival mode into lives filled with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
I’ve worked nationally and internationally—in hospitals, military installations, living rooms, and boardrooms—supporting people through grief, burnout, transitions, and those quiet, aching moments of “I thought I’d be happier by now.”
My approach is real, holistic, and deeply practical. I blend evidence-based therapy, success coaching, and modern Feng Shui to help you clear the clutter—mentally, emotionally, and in your environment.
