Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Indiana with 20 years of experience. I have worked with people challenged by depression, anxiety, substance use, family challenges, and life changing situations. The clientele that I am currently working with are those that are experiencing depression, anxiety, high stress, learning to manage ADHD symptoms, struggling with time management, and/ or those looking to for Holistic care. (please note that I am not trained to help those heal from Trauma). My approach is solution focused, client centered, and strengths based drawing heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Theory. I also believe in taking a Holistic approach to health, as our body and minds are connected.
When working with clients I strive to make the therapy experience genuine, positive, respectful, and safe. I know that Change is Hard. I will work with you to overcome things that are challenging you. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy takes courage and I am proud of you for getting started! I am excited to meet you. Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect in the format that best fits their needs and comfort level – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it simpler to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they need a different fit. Online therapy provides an accessible way to pursue care for many common mental health and life concerns while maintaining a professional therapeutic relationship.
