Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi my name is Gina Ferrari and I am a licensed clinical social worker. What that means is, it is my job to help people on journeys of self-discovery and healing. It is my great honor to help share in this journey with you and help guide you in this process. Social work has given me the opportunity to work with many individuals, who are no many different paths such as individuals: learning to cope with work stressors, autism spectrum disorders, family stressors, marital conflicts, as well as women’s issues.
My goal is to work with you to tailor an approach that will meet your individual needs and lifestyle. The demands of the modern world bring on many new stressors. We are very “plugged in”. We have access to a constant stream of information and stimuli. We are overworked, overwhelmed and are often lacking the tools to deal with the rapid and ever changing pace of this world. It is my great passion, as a clinician to help people discover the hidden depth of strength they have as well as aid in teaching new tools to help promote wellbeing. My approach is strengths based, and collaborative with my clients. I feel that you are the expert in your own life! I am here to help, and empower.

Gina Ferrari is a licensed clinical social worker (WA LICSW LW60668854) based in Washington with 12 years of clinical experience. She has worked with people on a variety of paths, including coping with work-related stress, autism spectrum disorders, family stressors, marital conflicts, and women’s issues.
Gina approaches therapy from a strengths-based, collaborative perspective and works to tailor interventions to each person’s individual needs and lifestyle. She recognizes the strains of a constantly connected world – where many feel overworked and overwhelmed – and focuses on helping clients discover their inner resources while teaching practical tools to support wellbeing.
Her practice addresses a broad range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, relationship and family difficulties, trauma and abuse, depression, addictions, LGBT issues, grief, intimacy-related challenges, parenting, anger, self-esteem, career matters, bipolar disorder, coping with life changes, and compassion fatigue. As a female, gay, non-religious, liberal therapist, she aims to empower people and partner with them in the process of healing and growth.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the format that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide care remotely, and clients may choose a different therapist at any time if they prefer another fit. For many people dealing with everyday mental health needs, online therapy offers an accessible and effective option to support wellbeing.
