Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome! My name is Gerri and I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Texas. Counseling is my passion and it’s something I always wanted to do. I have about 3 years’ experience which include working in many settings, such as individual, group and family counseling. Some areas of my expertise include domestic violence, relationships, anger, anxiety, stress, co-dependency, drug/alcohol addiction, adoption, trauma, and abuse. There is no trouble too small or too big, it’s all important. If it’s important to you, it’s important to me.
I use all theories in counseling. It all depends on my client for which direction to go. If we need to focus on the past, present or prepare for the future, I will be supporting. Sometimes counseling can be difficult, and it might be uncomfortable or painful, but I will always be supporting through the whole process. My goal is to be the passenger and the client be the driver. I plan to be there every turn we make, even in the difficult turns.
I am here for you, even if it’s just to let something out. My goal is to be the strength you need to become a better you. I plan to support you, and to encourage you to become more confident. My success is a better you! I look forward to hearing from you.

Many people wonder whether remote counseling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care for most situations.
One major benefit is flexibility – individuals can connect in the way that works best for them, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if someone decides a different therapist would be a better fit, it is possible to switch. Online therapy offers an accessible option for addressing everyday mental health concerns while fitting into the rhythms of daily life.
