Geraldine Noel-Duke is a qualified psychotherapist, psychologist, life coach and nutritional therapist who combines clinical skill with a Christian perspective. She works to remove emotional distress and to empower people to live more fulfilled and vibrant lives.
With 25 years of experience, Geraldine has practised across Professional Therapy Services and Social Care, supporting families, education and youth services both nationally and internationally. For 15 years she has specialised in careers and employment work, acting as a motivational, personal, careers and wellness coach, and more recently she has added nutritional and skin care therapy to her practice.
Her availability is focused in the evenings on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, with additional appointments on Friday afternoons. At other times she may be delivering presentations, attending meetings or working within her practice; messages may therefore take a short while to receive a reply, but she will respond as soon as possible.
Geraldine uses a tailored blend of clinical approaches to suit individual needs. Her methods include Client-Cantered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Christian Counselling, Life Coaching, Family and Marital work, Interpersonal approaches, Parent-Child Interaction (PCIT) and Positive Psychology.
These approaches aim to support holistic healing and empower positive change in emotional and mental well-being. Geraldine’s mission is to help people break patterns of negative emotion, encourage transformation and restore emotional health through practical therapy and wellness coaching.
Many people ask whether remote therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or managing life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One clear benefit is flexibility - you can meet with a therapist in the format that suits you best, whether by video call, phone, live chat or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and you have the option to change therapists at any time if you need a different fit. Online therapy can offer a practical and effective route to support for many everyday mental health concerns.
