Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Over the last few years, I have had the honor to work with first responders, prior military, and their families to manage and heal from the disabling effects of trauma. This work expanded my career into the spaces of addiction, men’s issues, sexual trauma, grief and loss, and shame to name a few. Though this work I found a passion for working with relationships in trouble.
As a prior military Christian with a blended family of 30 years, I use my experiences together with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples to bring healing to individuals and families.
In this age of uncertainty there are many who are seeking clarity and direction. For some it is the past that we feel chases us. For others it is the unknowns of the future. I truly believe none of us have been dealt a hand in life that cannot be managed. Allow me to join you in your fight rather than fight alone.

Many people ask whether counseling delivered online can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions, research and practice indicate that remote therapy can be as effective as in-person care.
One of the primary benefits is flexibility – you can meet with a therapist in the way that fits your routine and comfort level, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to maintain consistency and fit sessions into a busy schedule.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and individuals may choose to switch providers if they are seeking a different therapeutic fit. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible, practical option for addressing everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
