Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi there — I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m a licensed therapist in California with over five years of experience helping individuals navigate a wide range of challenges, including stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, life transitions, and struggles with motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I understand that emotional pain can take many forms — sometimes it shows up in ways we can name, and other times it feels like something’s just “off” without knowing exactly why. Either way, you’re not alone, and therapy can be a space to explore that more deeply.
In addition to my individual work, I also have experience supporting individuals and families affected by immigration-related stress — including acculturation issues, family separation, and legal uncertainties. I’m proud to offer therapy in both English and Spanish, with a focus on cultural humility, accessibility, and emotional safety.
My approach to therapy is client-led and exploratory. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support you with curiosity, compassion, and care. Sessions are intentionally less structured so that we can follow what feels most present and meaningful to you each time we meet. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or simply space to breathe and reflect, I aim to co-create an environment where your thoughts and feelings can be expressed freely — without judgment or pressure to perform.
Starting therapy takes courage, and it’s not always easy to know what to expect. My hope is that you’ll feel welcomed, seen, and empowered to show up exactly as you are. I look forward to walking alongside you on this journey — wherever it may lead.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility. People can connect with a therapist in the format that works best for them – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals offer online services, and if someone decides they want a different therapeutic fit they can switch therapists at any time. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible and practical way to pursue clarity, support, and growth without changing the quality of care.
