Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been counseling adolescent’s, adults, couples and families for 13 years. I have a Master of Arts from Our Lady of Holy Cross College in Mental Health Counseling. My diverse clients has allowed me to acquire the therapeutic skills needed to be an effective counselor with youth, adults and seniors from all walks of life to address a wide range of issues in depression, anxiety, ADHD in adolescents and adults, OCD, relationships problems, parenting issues, grief, and physical and emotional abuse, as well as life transitions. I have worked with adolescents through high school due to my experience with being a high school counselor before going in to private practice full time.
My counseling style is warm and engaging. I treat all my clients with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines Reality, Cognitive-behavioral and Solution-focused counseling in a positive and optimistic atmosphere. My clients are provided with the needed support to become aware and address their life challenges in a way that results in a treatment plan designed to meet their unique and specific needs.
I recognize the strength it take for my clients to take that first towards securing a more balanced and fulling life. Especially, the courage they exhibited by acknowledging and embracing the need for change.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, therapeutic work conducted online is often just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One key benefit is flexibility – clients can meet with a therapist in the format that works best for them, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it simpler to fit consistent care into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide these services, and if a client ever wants a different fit they can switch therapists. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible way to receive professional support for everyday mental health concerns.
