It takes courage to seek improved mental health. It is brave to take this step, and I am here to support you in a safe and understanding environment to empower you.
I am able to work with children, youth, teens, adults, older adults and couples.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and maintain continuity of care.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and clients have the option to switch providers if they seek a different therapeutic fit. For many individuals, online therapy offers a practical and effective way to access mental health support.
