Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with over 15 years experience working with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings. Over the course of my career, I have educated myself to provide the best possible care to those I have had the privilege of serving, assisting them in overcoming difficulties such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and parenting issues.
I always begin where you are, and together formulate a plan of care that will achieve your goals and aspirations. My therapeutic style is rooted in the strong belief that progress can only be made when the therapeutic alliance is based on trust, compassion and empathy. As I have grown as a therapist, I have also learned the value of humor as a tool for connection and growth. These core principles, along with cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness therapy, and solution-focused therapy, are what guide my practice.
Life can be overwhelming and difficult for all of us. It is my firm belief that in these moments, having the help of a trusted support person can be the thing that can return us, or perhaps even help us to find for the first time, peace, happiness and contentment. I would welcome the opportunity to accompany you on such a journey to find and maintain that fulfillment for yourself.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care for most people.
One major advantage is flexibility. Individuals can connect with their therapist in the format that fits their needs and lifestyle – video visits, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to keep therapy consistent and accessible.
All therapists offering these services are licensed professionals, and anyone may choose to switch providers if they feel a different fit would be better. Online therapy can be a practical option for those seeking effective, adaptable support for everyday mental health concerns.
