Many people want to know whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most individuals.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that feels most comfortable, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and varied lifestyles.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and if a different therapeutic fit is desired, clients may switch therapists at any time.
