I regularly attend supervision and professional training/workshops as part of my continuous professional development and growth as a practitioner. My particular areas of interest include low self esteem/confidence and issues within relationships. The majority of my work involves working with issues relating to depression, anxiety, stress and trauma. However I do also offer support to people in family conflicts where children are involved.
