Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a BACP registered Psychotherapist in the UK. I offer counselling services that seek to help you transform personal challenges into life-enhancing opportunities, while being mindful of all the cultural differences that make us who we are. To keep it simple, I love people and hope to help them discover the best in themselves while overcoming any challenges they may be experiencing. I believe that counselling is a powerful tool to discover hope and healing and overcome barriers. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
I provide holistic multicultural counselling with a goal to enrich lives and help others to resolve core issues and patterns of personal struggle. I support and encourage individuals struggling with unpleasant and painful emotions and behaviours. I’ve worked with clients that have suffered from symptoms and concerns including anxiety, stress, depression, sexual abuse, self-harm, grief, loss, trauma, relationship and behavioural concerns, parenting support, anger and aggression, and marriage and family conflicts.
I utilise an integrated approach to therapy as I believe there is no “one-size-fits-all” way of finding healing. All my therapeutic modalities are used best to fit the nature and preferences of the client. My personal experience of living in different cultures has enhanced my skills and knowledge to offer multicultural counselling and support. I recognise your unique strengths and challenges and work with you to enhance life skills, develop coping strategies, and interpersonal relationships. I provide professional and effective individual therapy, therapy for children and young people, and pre-marital and couples counselling to better life quality.
I understand counselling can be painful and uncomfortable, but what’s important is that it’s all worth it in the end. I firmly believe in a supportive, safe, therapeutic environment where your story is heard, respected, and valued. Together, we will find ways to identify, understand, and work through life challenges in a caring and empowering environment. We will explore individual concerns and create realistic counselling and therapy goals to enable your journey of healing and wellness.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can connect with a therapist in the way that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to choose the communication style that feels most comfortable.
Licensed professionals deliver online therapy, and clients can change therapists at any time if they want a different fit. For many people, remote sessions provide a practical and effective route to support and progress in therapy.
