Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I studied at the University of Chester where I gained an MA in Clinical Counselling, and gained a distinction for my research regarding acknowledgements made by those who experienced early pregnancy loss, i.e planting a tree, writing a letter, doing something for charity – and how these helped. Since then I specialised in early miscarriage and facilitated a group meeting monthly pre pandemic. Being a fully trained and experienced Person Centred Counsellor I offer you an environment of respect, compassion and sensitivity to explore difficult emotions, gain a greater understanding of self and begin the process of healing and inner growth. With further experience of working with a range of therapeutic models I am able to draw on different techniques to support you on your unique journey. I believe it takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change … and I am here to walk with you.
I am an accredited member of the BACP and insured therapist with 9 years of professional work experience, which includes helping clients who have experienced early pregnancy loss, grief and loss, forgiveness, motivation, self esteem, confidence, anxiety and depression. Also helping clients navigate life’s choices, changes and challenges .
I have worked in Liverpool at Compass Counselling as an integrative Counsellor and the Psychological Therapies Unit using Solution Focused techniques. Being procured by Liverpool Whitechapel Centre and Aigburth Drive Hostel, I offered sessions to clients that have multiple and complex needs who were making choices to change their situation in life. Combined with this I opened my own practice in 2018 where I see client’s privately.
I offer sessions weekly on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am till 5pm (I have a limited number of evening sessions available – please enquire)

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, remote therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person work for most situations.
One key benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that fits their life best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to attend regular sessions and maintain momentum in therapy.
All therapists offering these services are licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists at any time if they feel a different match would be more helpful. Online therapy provides a convenient way to access skilled support while fitting treatment around everyday commitments.
