My practice has been very eclectic throughout the years. I have worked with family issues, stress/anxiety, depression and grief but many more in my practice! Life is not always easy and there are just times that you might feel sadness, being scared with anxiety or just confusion. I want to be with you through those struggles and let’s work on a plan to not only feel better but to be better.
I will help you by providing coping mechanisms and strategies for a path you will follow to get better each day! I work on the whole person not just one or two parts of you. Many people wonder whether online therapy genuinely helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and navigating life changes, remote therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can connect with a therapist in the format that fits their schedule and comfort level – video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to incorporate therapy into everyday life.
Licensed professionals provide remote services, and individuals may choose to switch therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. For many clients, the convenience and accessibility of online therapy make it a practical and effective option for addressing common mental health needs.
