Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or managing life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – individuals can connect in the way that works best for them, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into daily life.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and if someone feels they need a different fit, they can switch therapists at any time.
