Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I am Donna and I have over 20 years experience of professional work in the NHS and over 4 years experience in counselling. I have completed in excess of 450 clinical hours counselling clients face to face, via the phone or online. In my spare time I was a volunteer at a bereavement charity for 7 years, working with adults and young people and my experience has helped those coping with grief and loss. I also have experience in anxiety and anger management, depression, trauma, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I am trained in person-centred therapy and also qualified as an integrative counsellor where I’ll use techniques such as CBT and Solution Focussed Brief Therapy where needed.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Well done for taking the first step to sign up for therapy. It can take courage so be proud of yourself for getting started.

For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and life transitions – online therapy can be an effective option comparable to traditional in-person sessions. Research and clinical experience indicate that, for these issues, remote sessions often deliver similar benefits.
One key advantage is flexibility – people can connect with a therapist in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This range of options can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to engage in the way that feels most comfortable.
Licensed professionals provide care through these remote formats, and if someone decides they would prefer a different therapist they can switch at any time to find a better fit.
