Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello,
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC) in South Carolina. I am also a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in the state of North Carolina. I have been licensed for more than twenty years and have provided therapy in a number of settings to include a mental health clinic, military bases and not-for-profit agencies. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience working with individuals, families and couples. I have facilitated psychotherapy groups and provided individual therapy. I am certified in Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT) and I am grounded in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) as well as Trauma Focused CBT.
I genuinely enjoy working with others and have been successful helping people attain their goals. In addition to DBT and CBT, I have a rich background in Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) , Motivational Interviewing and Brief Solution Focused Therapy.
I believe that it takes courage and commitment to confront oneself and bring about change in a therapeutic relationship. I am nonjudgmental, empathetic, compassionate and sensitive to the effort it takes to engage in therapy. I welcome the opportunity to work with individuals that are genuinely committed to self examination and change.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can produce meaningful results. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adapting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One key advantage is flexibility – clients can choose the format that fits their needs, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy schedule.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and clients may change therapists at any time if they want a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers a practical, effective option to begin or continue their therapeutic work.
